Reiki Energy
What is Reiki? "Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes
healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen
"life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force
energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are
more capable of being happy and healthy"(http://www.reiki.org).
I am a certified Usui
Reiki Master (level III) and I've been practicing energy healing for over 15 years. Reiki
is a gentle and non-invasive treatment which can leave you feeling more energized,
relaxed, and rejuvenated.

I use a wide variety of energy modalities and my intuition to channel life-source energy
during my sessions. Gaia Star Energy Sessions are a high-vibration and
multidimensional healing process where you can release blockages caused by daily
stress, emotional turmoil, trauma, and/or injury. Information will come to me to give to
you after the session is over to help you continue on your best and highest path to
health, wellness, and balance. I work with: life source energy flow, 3rd eye visions, Quantum Reiki
Energy, Shamanic techniques, sound healing, chakra balancing, and crystal healing. I
use the Gaia Star as my grounding and guiding light to transmute heavy or dense
energies so they can be replaced with lighter energies and love. I have an ability to see
and feel the energy -and I use my psychic sight as I work to concentrate on areas which
are troubling you so I can clear them. My work is creative and light-infused.
